Unter dieser Temperaturen kann die Funktionsweise des Verschrotters oder Getriebes nicht sichergestellt werden. Uber diesen Temperaturen konnen Fehler auftreten, welche die Lebensdauer der Kompressor erhohen und die ProduktionSPeistung erschweren.
Die Kontrolle der Pumpe wird durch einen Druckschalter des Wassereinlassventils ausgefuhrt, der sich entsprechend dem Zeitzeigersinn eingibt. Diese regelt die Hohe der Pumpestufe. Ausserdem ist eine Sicherheitsschalter zur Abtauktion von Ausfalldruck geschlossen.
In normal operation, the vacuum is created inside the compressor due to the action of pistons that sit on the inner surface of the cylinder walls. In the production process, this vacuum is used to compress the liquid and form it into solid. The pressure created is transferred via the waterpressure regulator valve to the suction valve and then via the reversing nozzle into the evaporator. This enables the refrigeration system to be operated at low temperatures.
